Our programs are designed to best suit the individual needs of each student. We encourage all students to try out 2 free trial classes before you make any commitment.
Our qualified and experienced instructors will assess and make recommendations for each child regarding which program we believe will be best suited for them.
The Little Dragons Programs, designed for children 3-6 years old, offers a fun, safe environment for students to learn the basics of Taekwon-Do. This program helps develop focus, listening skills, self-control, coordination, balance, strength, and respect.
The basic fundamentals have been broken down into 5 stripe belts that students will work towards achieving prior to entering the Regular Belt System. It is an interactive program that gives children the tools to progress at their own pace. This is a great way for the little ones to understand goals and how to achieve them through hard work and dedication. The students will be prepared for future advancement to a higher belt program as they progress through Taekwon-Do.
Students of any age will begin in this program as a White Belt.
Students will learn the basic fundamentals such as bowing, punching, blocking, kicking and proper terminology. This will prepare them for future higher belts.

After White Belt, Students transition to our Regular Belt System where there is a huge focus on Patterns, Sparring, and Self-Defence. Within these 3 components, respect, discipline, confidence, and self-control are enforced and encouraged.
All classes include a variety of circuit training exercises, kicking drills, and stretching.
Students are encouraged to create and focus on their goals within the class, at school or at home. Taekwon-Do is a way of life that exercises the mind and body.

All that is required to participate is a willingness to learn.
Taking our training outside provides numerous benefits to our students. The fresh air stimulates endorphins, which allows for a more productive training session. A bodyweight workout enhances coordination, balance, and mobility. We have taken our training to a new level, making it more effective, and refreshing!
